London Model Engineering Exhibition
The annual coach trip to the London Model Engineering Exhibition has been arranged for Sunday 20th January 2019 leaving at 09.00 hrs. If you wish to come along please put your name down on the list displayed in the club house. Cost £24 (coach fare and entry ticket)

As the fir tree was getting taller and more exposed to the high winds it was considered for safety reasons, before it suffered a failure like the walnut tree and damaged the adjacent track, to cut it down.

All members can write little stories for the website. Ideally email new stories with picture(s) to Suzanna (see Contact page). Handwritten articles also accepted in person. Any additions, corrections or suggestions to any of the web pages should also go to Suzanna
New carriage storage
Track almost complete on the new carriage sidings, with work on the building to follow…
New canopy
The station canopy is now complete and providing very welcome respite from all the rain!
Driver training every Friday night
Join Geoff and Sweet Pea (that’s the loco 🙂 ) to learn the essentials of driving a 5 inch model steam loco. Just turn up with enthusiasm throughout the summer.
